Made from hand-picked grapes where after harvesting the grapes are carefully transported to the further process of perfecting the wine. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks where after fermentation it is aged for 6 months in Serbian oak barrels and 6 months in bottles.
The color of the wine is yellow-green. It has a scent reminiscent of acacia flowers, fresh, fruity in character. Full flavor, smooth structure, medium persistence of aroma. Creamy, light and fluffy on the palate with mild mineral notes.
Serving
It is served at a temperature of 8°C to 12°C. It goes well with dishes such as seafood, fish, young cheese and pasta. It can also be served with dessert.
