In summer, lovers of red wine drink it as a chilled substitute, in winter as a fruity, refreshing variant. The fairer sex prefers wines with fruity aromas and slightly less alcohol, but it is not uncommon to find ros\u00e9 wines with 13% alcohol and even more.<\/p>\n<p>Miki\u0107 Winery produces ros\u00e9 from Pinot Noir and Merlot and tries to maintain top quality by asking itself a variety of questions: choose the best grape variety this year or make a blend of that variety, determine the right time of harvest, how long to macerate, at what temperature to ferment\u2026?
