Powerful, very dense and refined on the palate. Excellent and very precisely structured, with fine-grained tannins and plenty of juiciness. Aromas in the nose are confirmed on the palate. Aromatically complex and very long-lasting finish. After light crushing of the grapes, the mash is fermented in stainless steel tanks and then aged for 12 months in French barrels. The individual barrels are under constant supervision and only the contents of the most prominent barrels are bottled.
