This rosé is made using the short cold maceration process and the classic controlled alcoholic fermentation process for white wines. Pinot Noir and Merlot are particularly fermented, and especially Prokupac, which distinguishes this rosé from others, as it is a blend of two rosés. It is easy to drink and goes best with salads, fish, light and mild cheeses.
We recommend that you drink it very chilled, even below 8 degrees Celsius. The aroma of Pino that predominates in the nose will not regret the coldness of the wine and the sweetness will gently pour over the palate as an ideal partner for fruit salads, but also for those of the Cezar type salads .
